She has more than 25 years of senior management level experience in human resource management, counseling, community development, training, organizational development and governmental policy design.

From her first job in 1987 coordinating a multicultural festival on a large public housing estate, to facilitating complex, multi-party, workplace conferences, Anne Marie creates and guides processes that invite trust and engagement.
Anne Marie is skilled across an extensive range of topics having coached and counseled clients in relation to change, communication, conflict, managing difficult styles, critical incidents, grief and loss, managing performance feedback, resilience, stress management and career transitions.
Since completing her Masters degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, she has focused on providing coaching, communication and conflict management services to corporations, not-for-profit associations and public sector organizations.
Anne Marie is on her way to completing the Columbia Coaching Certification Program for external organizational coaches.
